To confirm your room request, kindly send the following documents by mail / fax
- Credit card ( VISA / Master Card ) (Photocopies of both sides)
- Authorisation for "The Ajit Bhawan" to charge the Room Tariff for your stay on the said card.
- The Authority Letter is to be signed by the Card Holder Only
Please note that the rates could be revised till the time the booking has not been confirmed and guranteed by you.
Kindly note that the cancellation charges are 100% of the stay
